Frequently asked questions
Do I need a SpreadScan account?
Most commands work without an account. It's only needed for favorites, the trial and Premium — a one-time link, after which everything works inside the bot. Same account for the site and the bot, no second one needed.
I already have a site subscription — do I need the bot plan too?
The instruments from your site subscription unlock in the bot automatically, at no extra charge:

The bot plan is worth it only if you want instruments your current plan doesn't cover, or you use the bot exclusively.
Does the bot need API keys or exchange access?
No. The bot only works with public market data: it shows prices and spreads and sends alerts. It has no access to your exchange accounts or funds.
Does the bot guarantee profit?
No. The bot shows where a price gap currently exists, but it can close while you're moving funds. Factor in exchange/network fees, withdrawal speed and P2P ad limits before trading.

How is the bot different from the site?
The bot is great for a quick spread check or alerts without a browser. The site has advanced filters, per-coin signal history, calculators for a specific trade size, and full exchange/coin catalogs with search — none of that is in the bot.
What happens when the trial ends?
Premium turns off automatically, no charge — the trial never asks for a card. Free commands and favorites stay available.
Can I pay from abroad or in crypto?
Yes, at checkout you can choose to pay in rubles, dollars or USDT.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of payment - yes, we refund the unused days minus the payment processor's fee. Email support@spreadscan.com with the payment number and reason. After 7 days, no refund unless the service itself was faulty. Full terms — offer agreement
Can one subscription be used from multiple Telegram accounts?
No, only one Telegram account can be linked to a SpreadScan account at a time. You can unlink and link a different one any time in Settings.
How fast do alerts arrive?
CEX-CEX, triangular arbitrage and favorite alerts are checked every ~2 minutes, CEX-DEX every 10 minutes. The alert arrives as soon as a spread clears your threshold.
Can I change the bot's language?
Yes, any time — "My account" → "Settings" → "Language" (Russian/English).
